These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Taste'd website and application. Taste'd connects diners and restaurants through menu exploration, decision support, ordering workflows, and restaurant operations tools.

Taste'd provides software that helps diners understand menus and make dining decisions, and helps restaurants present menus, manage operations, and support guest experiences.

Features may vary by restaurant, account type, device, and release stage.

Accounts

Some features require a diner or restaurant account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account.

Restaurant content

Menus, pricing, availability, descriptions, and operational information displayed in Taste'd are supplied by restaurants unless clearly marked as demonstration or fixture content on the public website.

Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish through Taste'd.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Taste'd lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or its data.

Public website demonstrations

The public website may include demonstration product examples, such as sample dishes or request panels, to illustrate how Taste'd works. These examples are not live restaurant data unless explicitly stated.

Changes

Taste'd may update these terms as the product evolves. Material updates will be reflected on this page when finalized.
