Overview

Taste'd provides a digital guest-experience layer between restaurants and diners. This page describes how the Taste'd website and application handle information based on the current product implementation.

This document is a working draft pending formal legal review. It is not a final privacy policy.

Information you provide

When you create an account, Taste'd stores account credentials and profile information through Supabase Auth.

Restaurant operators may provide restaurant profile details, menu content, team membership, table and QR configuration, and operational settings through Restaurant Studio.

When you browse menus, build a Decision Basket, submit order requests, or use in-restaurant flows, related selections and request data are stored to support those product features.

Information collected automatically

The application uses browser local storage for product preferences and first-visit/onboarding state on supported routes.

Authentication sessions are managed through Supabase.

The public marketing website is hosted on Vercel.

How information is used

Information is used to operate menu exploration, decision support, ordering workflows, restaurant operations, authentication, and related product features.

Restaurant-supplied menu and knowledge content is displayed to diners as provided by the restaurant.

Third-party services

Taste'd currently relies on Supabase for authentication and application data storage, and Vercel for website/application hosting.

Additional processors or service providers may be introduced as the product evolves. This page will be updated when that occurs.

Your choices

You can sign in, sign out, and use account-related flows provided in the application.

Additional account-management capabilities may be expanded in future releases.
